This evening, the cadets had lots of fun at our Halloween party. We had music and played plenty games like limbo, pass the balloon, finish the lyrics and guess the movie. We had best costume and best carved pumpkin competitions and provided sorft drinks, sweets and hotdogs.

Today representatives of our squadron had the privilege of being part of the Guard of honour at the funeral of WW2 D Day veteran Don Sheppard. Don landed on Juno Beach on 6th June 1944 as a Royal Engineer and also went on to aid the liberation of Bergen-Belson concentration camp.

Sadly, we have said goodbye to WO Jim Hart, who has transferred to Canvey Island Sqn. CWO Charlotte Harrington and Sgt Ashlee Morgan-Edgell, who are both heading off to university. We would like to thank them all for their service to our squadron.
