I am thrilled to share our latest work on the CUC1/auxin module in cell polarity, patterned tissue growth, and shape diversity. Great collaboration with @o_DavidWilson_o and @neha_bhatia29 in Tsiantis lab.
A new study from Tsiantis lab @mpipz_cologne We show that CUC1 acts as a polarity switch & provides instructive input into PIN1-auxin-based leaf marginal patterning that regulates leaf shape. Congratulations to all authors! These beautiful sectors.. pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pn…
