Wasn't a spectacular workout, a PR, or even a heavy lift when looked at big picture. But I didn't feel like working out and I did anyway, so I'll take it.
So as we close out the year, I wonder if people would do better approaching 2025 with something they'd remove from their life versus something they'd resolve to do in their life?

Well, there were not enough accomplishments to manage a one-hour broadcast, let alone a 24-hour reporting cycle. They would have run out of material, quickly.

I mean, so is good health if it means that you are bankrupt of participation in life. I admire your tenacity, but have a general concern for your overall health regardless of your biological age. Eat some M&Ms, sip some bourbon, enjoy non ideal food. All in moderation.

Facts.
Education and intelligence are not the same thing. Some of the dumbest people I know have a stack of degrees and can’t navigate their way through daily life.
Rhetorical question of the day? What would happen if all of us considered if we were wrong on a point that we feel we are absolutely right on? I think challenging our assertions is a lost art, and we are all too confident in ways we shouldn't be.
Think on this. Like, really think on this. I could spend a lifetime considering this point and then collating it against my own experiences.
