I spend 15 minutes with #Abi practically every day at #WahooSYSTM for two years. I train triathlon - 8-15 hours a week on efforts. Currently, I cannot imagine that without daily yoga I would be able to maintain such fitness, flexibility and mobility. Thank you @yoga15abi 😉


We now have 12  sport-specific yoga courses on the Yoga 15 website: climbing, running x 2, mountain biking, golfing, tennis, motocross, surfing, cycling, triathlon, weightlifting and swimming! 😎 I will keep adding to these over the next few weeks so let me know what's missing!
