Paneling makes interior spaces more interesting, with an intriguing game of shadows and subdivisions. This is a contemporary monochromatic version, with accentuated crown (a strange scotia that looks misplaced but gives a nice effect).

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I'm not sure who will read this, but urgently requesting Du'ās for my Father's Health. Having to be taken to the hospital of what potentially could be a very serious matter

This a great argument against contemporary architecture in general, even when its not as clinical as the QT'ed picture. Traditional styles of architecture tend to be so much better at accommodating variety, imperfections and everyday life.

5. Avoid stress. Dopamine is a currency. When it is high, we feel motivated and happy. When it is low, we feel unmotivated, sad and stressed (feeling exhausted and with knots in the stomach). Dopamine regulation is the key.

If you can, please purchase this book. My baby sister wrote it for my mother and to help others who are affected by dementia. Half of the proceeds will be given to charity on behalf of my mother. shop.beacons.ai/barakahbytes/f…

She's died. Please please please pray for her forgiveness.

Great Chalfield Manor planted dozens and dozens of ONE rose (The Fairy) and its gorgeous. This kind of maximalism is rarely done in the US, people tend to have these "beep boop one plant here one there" specimen gardens, showing off mulch more than plants

Ignoring the possible root cause of a disorder and giving people the (problematic) crutch of a misdiagnosed label and psychotropic medications that may further exacerbate the impact of the initial causes, is in my opinion, a dangerous foolhardiness.

this type of space is terrible bc the effect is completely reliant on its stark uniformity, which will be completely broken the second a human places, like, a normal book or jacket somewhere

Much of we call mental health is about recognizing what builds, maintains, renews & taxes our vigor & choosing accordingly. Understand that much of what goes on around you online & in real life is people trying to create feelings inside you to tax your vigor. Don’t let em.
