😂Average nurse pay is not 33k😂 we knew what we was getting into but with increasing demand on the NHS, staying extra hours/working through our breaks, dealing with staff shortages, and the job itself. For a wage where people are barely getting by. Think a strike is justified👍🏻
Could someone please explain the nhs strikes to me cos I genuinely don’t get it? They knew the pay when they joined? Health care assistants pushing tea trolleys and giving out pills need a pay increase why? Average ambulance paramedic wage is £27k? Average nurse wage is £33k??
