Day 4 Aquatics GB Swimming Championships (Olympic Trials) ✅ Today saw Abbie dominate her heat in the 400m Freestyle and swim a best time 💪🏻 She placed 30th overall and 15th best Junior (18&U) within the county, hugely impressive for Abbie who is still 14yrs old 👏🏻 @high_neston
