Great day at @citedessciences to celebrate #CERN70 ! I took part in the animation of a cool game where people have to guess which particle card their friend has. Amazing card design by @LaboLR

Very sad to read of the death of Peter Higgs, whose legacy will occupy physicists for decades to come. A career highlight was helping Peter into a cab after the Collider exhibition launch @sciencemuseum in 2013 with a carrier bag of special-edition beer marking his recent Nobel.

I'm very happy to share with you the results of an ECFA survey on career prospects and diversity. This survey gathered a large set of responses from 759 Early Career researchers in particle physics, employed in 39 countries arxiv.org/abs/2404.02074

It's a great thing to see!

That's nice! @CMSexperiment can do competitive charm physics! CP asymmetry in D⁰→Ks⁰Ks⁰. cms-results.web.cern.ch/cms-results/pu…

2023 #NobelPeacePrize laureate Narges Mohammadi’s brave struggle has come with tremendous personal costs. The Iranian regime has arrested her 13 times, convicted her five times, and sentenced her to a total of 31 years in prison and 154 lashes. Mohammadi is still in prison.
