Yesterday we had 12°C and water was ~15°C. When I was entering the lake, you can see how terrified I was but later when I calmed down in the water it was quite enjoyable! I will start doing this each week with local crew, we will see when the temperatures will scare me off 😆
In less than an hour I will walk into cold water in a lake for the first time in my life.I’m super anxious and afraid so I’m not sure if I pull it off but I have to. It will be a teaching moment for my daughter, to see her father scared of something and still doing it. #parenting
