Part-3 @oyorooms They made me stuck can't book new property as I don't know what AGM will do will he accept the refund. They denied to provide alternative stay, denied stay at booking. Denied refund due to their so called policy as it requires AGM approval.
Part-2 @oyorooms After all this goes on for 4 hours of back and forth when I asked for refund they said it will require their AGM approval who is not picking all from last 4 hours. They said they to know why stay has been denied.
Part-1 @oyorooms Ticket Id - 3519792625 Hotel denied my reservation 2 days prior to my stay stating they can see my reservation. Till now connected with 6 support person. They all tried to cont with 1-property manager 2-property owner 3-agm of area No one is picking the call.
