I’m close to wrapping my limbs with salonpas like bandages because of work

used to be like this, but still kept at it since I liked it enough and wanted to improve. took a while for me to learn to like my own work and taking a break from social media probably helped. I think validation was part of it, but I stopped caring and now draw for myself
I've always found it very strange how many artists strongly dislike their own work. If you really don't like what you create, what keeps you doing it for so long?
