Daily grind ~ day 6✨ > coded up micrograd from karpathy's video I watched previously > listened to a podcast episode for the "Foundational LLM & Text Generation" whitepaper on Kaggle > started coding the self-attention mechanism from the "llm from scratch" book (uptil Sec 3.4)
Daily grind ~ day 5✨ > started working on app dev project for clg > majorly worked on preparing documents and presentations for project review at uni tomorrow > solved 2 ml codes on Deep-ML
Daily grind ~ day 4 ✨ > watched Karpathy's lecture on building micrograd > brushed up on PyTorch > solved 2 ml codes on Deep-ML
Daily grind ~ day 3 ✨ > today's read: Improving Language Understanding by Generative Pre-Training > worked on a report for uni project > solved 2 leetcode problems
It's okay if I waste my time, cause I know I'm responsible....but if college wastes my time then it really puts me in a bad mood🫠🥲
Daily grind ~ day 2✨ > completed ch2 from "Building a Large Language Model from scratch" book > solved vector calculus problems from "Mathematics for Machine Learning" book > solved 2 linear algebra code problems on Deep-ML
Daily grind ~ day 1✨ > completed half of chapter 2 from "Build a Large Language Model from Scratch" > read about BPE (Byte-Pair Encoding) tokenization algorithm and wrote an implementation code > solved 3 Linear Algebra code problems on Deep-ML
Recently created a second GitHub account and I can't believe I spent so much time trying to figure out all the errors that kept popping up while trying to push the code. Took me quite some time to finally set everything up ughhh
"Sometimes you just gotta listen to the waves🌊" Here for 2 days so I might not get much work done....but on that note, I plan to start posting my daily grind once I'm back...
Today's update: > read chapter 1 from Build a Large Language Model (from scratch) > started working on a basic design for a Household Services app project.
How life feels after one of those crazy weeks...
The stress is getting to me this week... too many submissions from both my colleges. Two presentations by the end of the week and two exams during the weekend. 😭
What's the best place to write articles? Medium or some other better alternative?
No excuses for skipping your yoga/exercise sessions. Do it everyday, even if it's for a few minutes ....

Moved forward and started reading about Variational Autoencoders (VAEs) today...
Today's update: - got an overview of a few more papers related to GANs - started working on my part of the review paper we are writing for our college project - have a lot to do in the next few days
Went over the paper for GAN today... will read more related papers tomorrow
Is it just me, or does working in ACs make you feel more productive ?
