Mid Furness ICC presented at the oversight meeting today about the amazing Big Baggy tshirt club. Starting again in September

We've finished the first 12 weeks of our Big Baggy tshirt club project and have had some amazing feedback. One person feels like a new person doing the class. No migraines, no back pain and losing weight. Plus improved their mental wellbeing. This is so encouraging 👏

Some of our team are at North Lonsdale show today checking blood pressures. Come along and get yours checked

Our case manager Karen Roberts has been taking part in a pilot study with Dowdales school and today she was joined by Dr Alison Johnston to talk about the menopause with some of the staff. It was really useful and informative. We are looking forward to going back
