Meet Derek Drummond, who has just been sentenced to 3 years for his part in the Southport riot, including punching a police officer. He has 14 previous convictions. Good job he didn’t have a meeting about blocking a motorway or he’d really be in trouble.

As a clinician who struggles to have a single referral accepted I am concerned at the bragging here by the mental health trust of a reduction in referrals. There are no other services! To top it off the ICB say that GPs should be supporting them so they can do even less!
