Wow, what a crazy month it has been.. my writing sadly had to take a backseat between the jobhunting, networking, studying for CISM, preparing for my new degree, a holiday abroad, and starting my little side business.
It's easy to get lost in the day to day and get discouraged by the slow rate of change. Don't forget to step back and look at what your team has accomplished over the past 12 months to gain a completely different perspective.
