I find it increasingly hard to justify claims of a 50% reduction in noise with the new A321neo by KLM's CEO. The data for 2024 learns something completely different! The yellow dots are the mean values on this violin plot. The wider means the more. And 'uitvoering' = plane type.

Ik heb begrepen dat de 747-800 in de stilste categorie staat van de "herrie kosten" tabel van Schiphol. Dat ding maakte echter zoveel herrie dat de kat even besloot te stoppen met wassen.
