Today is International Day of Persons with Disabilities & a day to celebrate everyone in our community and find ways to create more inclusive environments. Not all disabilities are visible, and we must continue to open up conversations around improving accessibility for everyone.
“Welcome” to each new & returning #California #Legislator! 💙 This morning our very own Jennifer was able to join many of our partners, allies & friends for the Swearing In Day breakfast. We can’t wait to roll up our sleeves this coming year to continue to work together!
Not just during #ProviderAppreciationMonth, but every day of the year we are incredibly grateful to our community of amazing care givers across California! Thank you for all that you do.
We continued celebrations for #ProviderAppreciationMonth in Kern County! We came together to hear important union updates & look ahead to future plans! We also won amazing raffle prizes, enjoyed great food & company, and came together to continue growing our collective power!
We were busy this past weekend in Orange County and Riverside County distributing hundreds of free turkeys ahead of the holiday season! A huge thank you to all the members and volunteers who made these turkey giveaways possible! 🦃🍂🍁
We were honored to join Department of Labor Deputy Secretary Julie Su today and celebrate Filipino American History Month with the induction of Larry Dulay Itliong, Philip Vera Cruz, and Peter Gene Velasco into the Labor Hall of Honor!
The Facts: Ballot counting is ongoing in California’s 45th District. Every legally cast ballot deserves to be counted, and every vote matters. Let’s get it right. 🗳#CA45 #CountEveryVote
I am so thankful to all those who continue to support our campaign as we count the remaining votes in #CA45. Over 10,000 lawfully cast ballots are outstanding, and we owe it to every Californian to ensure their voice is heard. 🧵 (1/4)
We're continuing the celebrations for Provider Appreciation Month in Northern California! We gathered in Placer County to celebrate our hard work & connect with our union siblings! We enjoyed a delicious meal & each other's company while also winning raffle prizes.
