We're thrilled our 🧬 sample prep platform was featured at #AGBT2023 for high molecular weight DNA extraction and single-molecule sequencing. But that's not all we've done so far with early users.
We have been heads down in “build and deploy” mode this year for AGBT. Our collaborators shared data generated using the latest Volta machine for sequencing sample prep. Long pieces of [HMW] DNA from a variety of sources were turned into sequenceable molecules preserving length.
