Surreal moment for me being chosen as Master Elect @lodge7196 for the ensuing year. Seems to have come around too quickly. Excellent ceremony too seeing Bro Rhidian raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason. Cracking atmosphere at the Festive Board as well @CardiffMasonic
Ran a PB in the Cardiff Half Marathon today. Incredible support from everyone cheering the runners on, especially the @NSPCC cheer-squads who I was delighted to raise money for 👏 Smashed a carvery and pint afterwards in record time too

Well, started the day off as Brother. Ended it as Worshipful Brother Fantastic evening @lodge7196 but think my smart watch explained how I was feeling all day 😆
This time tomorrow, I will be the Master of my Lodge @lodge7196 and I'm not nervous at all. Honest 😬
That's all my Officer letters emailed out ahead of my Installation @lodge7196 in exactly one month's time. Hope everyone says yes! 🤞
Met a potential candidate earlier, ahead of my year as WM. Went well and he seemed very keen, so fingers crossed ahead of another chat with other members of the Lodge in the near future @lodge7196

Sat relaxing in the garden getting some sun and revising my Senior Warden lines before this afternoon's meeting of @lodge7196 where we will be doing a Third Degree. Definitely a case of the calm before the upcoming storm ⛈️
At last some sun here in dreary old Cardiff. Perfect chance to get outside and brush up on ritual ahead of our meeting @lodge7196 in a fortnight 🪑📐🧭
