Wouldn't the better change be something like everyone's first death is "protected" and doesn't count, later deaths costs the 15sec. Could even have it be like every personal death, adds another 5 sec penalty. Maybe that's kicking the "i stand in fire" people while they are down.

Protection Paladins running out of mana from self-healing is getting tiresome. Much worse when we have to throw some dispels in our rotation too. Can we get some mana discount on WoG (maybe if cast on self) or just more mana regen? @WarcraftDevs
