#LetsGoDodgers! Our bus shelters with @TranzitoVector and @BSSLosAngeles are next-gen stuff, with plans for future innovations like wayfinding and emergency notifications. But in the meantime it’s neat to have a bit of fun and spread Angeleno pride!

@metrolosangeles The WB bus stop at Wilshire / Vermont is a mess with trash cans overflowing. Who can I connect with to get this taken care of? Also Vermont / 6th SB as well.

A decade ago, the Chicago Department of Transportation drew up a plan to build protected bike lanes on a network of key cycling streets extending throughout the city. Regrettably, only 15 percent of this network has been built. bit.ly/3fPZ0PL

In a 12-1 vote, the Los Angeles City Council just approved a new contract to provide more bus shelters across the city. The goal is to address decades of neglect in communities where people rely on buses, but often have no shade or place to sit while experiencing dangerous heat

The citizens and bus riders of #LosAngeles need to be seen and heard. We are here to share their voices with the outside community and help bring our LA Bus Shelter vision to life. We need more shade, shelter, safety, and comfort, for Angelenos, now.

Gene Oh Reposted

We imagine our bus shelters having partnerships that provide state of the art e-scooter docks and convenient e-lockers. Our vision focuses on providing not just the essentials of shelter, shade, safety, and comfort, but also modern amenities to meet the needs of Angelenos.
