"If"? Well, I "do" support Tranmere, and me, all other Tranmere fans, the club owners, virtually all other fans of clubs at this level and below, and the vast majority of clubs at this level and below, would prefer replays. Maybe you should reassess and accept you're wrong?

I don’t get the demand for cup replays tbh. If I supported Tranmere or marine for example, id much rather have a penalty shootout against someone to get to the next round where you’re given loads of money, instead of a replay. (1/2)

Feels like a blow if true. Seems to say no shortage of interest but I can't imagine a scenario where a consortium loses nearly a third of its financial backing and it isn't a big deal. It'd spell the end for most you'd think? At the very least more waiting while backers are found

Anyhow, I see the club around the corner, TRFC could be getting bought by Rhianna and some other sap. That in itself is great news for them. But, I just hope they don’t become a vehicle for publicity that subsumes their proud identity and the focus is on structural improvement 🧵
