I have come across many professionals who do not practice what they preach: financial advisors with no savings or investments, obese doctors and nurses, etc. I know why(cognitive dissonance) but for the most part I am not this. I practice what I preach

We all can benefit from learning a few additional coping skills.
Not all adversity is trauma. Not all anxiety is clinically significant. Stress is a normal part of life. We need to be mindful of this when talking these days. If you have questions, ask a professional.
Remember that one puzzle piece on its own looks like nothing, but when put together the puzzle creates a full picture. Be patient putting the puzzle together. The end result will be beautiful and meaningful
