Not particularly fond of Wanderers and Sydney players golfing together during Derby Week…
Wow that was such an awful performance. We look bad playing out of defence, the profile of player just isn’t in our midfield to play through teams. Clisby is just shocking, but when will Wanderers fans start to call out fan favourites like Milanovic who have been poor also?
Brisbane Lions (a) Time to secure a Quarter Final in the Australia Cup!
Alen Stajcic in a recent FTBL interview: - Not enough young players have come through the academy and become established. - Aims to change that. "There haven’t been enough homegrown players breaking through here and we want to get on top of that and keep our best players."
The Western Sydney Wanderers away kit was leaked yesterday. It seems to follow the same template as that of the home kit for the Phillipines during the 2023 Women's World Cup. Potentially some influence from Jefferson Cheng, who was the general manager of the Phillipines side.
Have been told that Jeong Tae-Wook has signed and is set to arrive in Sydney next week. The signing is set to bolster a very youthful defence.
Few rumours circulating that Bosnar's time with Western Sydney Wanderers is over following the impending appointment of Stajcic and departure of Lederer. Also a brief suggestion that Stefan Colakovski is on the Wanderers radar having had a few issues with signing overseas.
Wouldn’t have been my first choice, but massively shocked about the disdain towards this appointment. Not sure whether this was related to his results at Perth Glory, but most fans would’ve taken him with open arms before last season. A proven coach to rebuild teams and clubs.
Doni Grdic has left Western Sydney Wanderers, having played 144 minutes for the first team.
Update on this. Adam Bugarija has signed with Perth Glory. He was also the rumoured player to have turned down a scholarship deal with the Wanderers.
WSW NPL’s two top goalscorers have departed the club. Nathanael Blair has signed for Perth Glory. Heard a few reports that Adam Bugarija has left the club this morning. Its unknown if a scholarship was offered, but rumours circulating that an NPL player turned down an offer.
Received some interesting information in regards to Western Sydney Wanderers. Head of recruitment, Eddy Bosnar was spotted yesterday morning at a cafe in Cecil Hills with Ufuk Talay and Alex Brosque... Coach/player related or just a general chat? Very strange circumstance 🤷♂️

Things didn’t work out and despite his flaws, I wish Rudan and his family the best. Massive off-season and transfer window for the club. Must get this head coach appointment correct. Western Sydney Wanderers cannot spend another season in the wilderness. Montgomery is my pick.
We can confirm that due to personal reasons, head coach Marko Rudan, will depart the club by mutual consent, effective immediately: wsw.football/3yj538t #WSW
Heard multiple reports that Jorrit Hendrix is set to return to Europe and won’t be at the Wanderers next season. He enjoyed his time here but a deal could not be finalised. Lachlan Brook also has a few offers to go overseas, however has a year remaining on his current contract.
Unreal achievement, well done @CCMariners!
