Teachers are struggling with online learning. Teachers are struggling with in-person learning, especially with social distancing and masks. But the teachers struggling the most? The ones being asked to simultaneously teach some students online and some students in person.
Don't forget to take time and step away from your work. You should always search for balance in your personal and professional life so that you can be your absolute best at both. #Selfcare is not a luxury, but a necessity. #SEL

Framing camera usage through an equity lens has helped change my perspective and requirements for my college students. I simply don’t require they use their cameras. And everyone still participates. It has worked beautifully!
