Looking to improve culture at work or on the field? Communication is key. Each side must listen to the good and not shy away from hearing the bad. Each side also must express what they need from each other. Sometimes the effort is their, but just not where it would help the most.

I don't care what star you are. One of the best kids I've ever coached had 0 stars, but he had unbelievable character, work ethic, and a burning desire to compete. It's about playing for each other and attacking the process every day. Chris Klieman on accountability:

Tonight I experienced what will be one of my most cherished memories as a Dad. My youngest was called up from Tee Ball to play with his older brothers in their DIII Coaches Pitch game. All 3 Kimball boys in one lineup, and Wills awarded the Game Ball! Possible only @PblUpdates
