When Defensive Ends are aggressively striking their keys it cleans up so many things in your defense. Edges get set, LBs stay clean, and gaps get compressed.
This is not how kids should be coached to run… leading with your head. Poor coaching and put this kid at risk for serious concussion or worse not to mention the defenders getting hurt. Stupid.
