If you’re using the @OpenAI API in production, make sure you set a timeout and fallback behavior. Know they’re scaling fast, but there’s been enough downtime to warrant it.
For some reason this cautionary tale is shared often but hard to learn from: “We focused too much on what we wanted to bring to the world. We needed to pay attention to what the world wanted from us.” (from @ivanhzhao) I've messed this up so many times...
GPT3 is great at SQL. Was just thinking about how helpful it'd be if it knew about your database and could write queries for you. Saw @DatabaseSensei has already built it — excited to try it out!
