I am a bit too lazy to convert q-score into percent accuracy but comparing the "old" #nanopore dorado duplex super model (light blue) to the new one (dark blue) on data from a plant DNA minion run still looks quite impressive

So for the first time in at least a decade I am installing Windows on a physical machine (yes I know I am also disappointed in myself) and even Win11 still comes on a DVD and I need to type in a CD key to install it... I guess some things never change
