Yesterday we spent the day coppicing with the @ATCranborne Despite the rain we had a fantastic day, some of us learning a new skill or two, having lunch in the woods and of course popping into the centres long house and round house! What a treat! #experimentalarchaeology

In last weeks session, we had another go at making shoes! Lead by our lovely Sarah and inspired by examples from 8325-8100 BP found in America, we managed to fashion ourselves some footwear using only rope, our hands and feet!
In March, The Sanctuary will have been going for one whole year! To celebrate, join us on the 26th of February for the “Seasons of The Sanctuary” exhibit in the Lee Gallery on Talbot campus
