Employment lawyer @clarkhilllaw. Tweets are not legal advice. Ignore everything I say, it’s probably wrong.

If you aren’t using or training GPT-4 to be used for posting on LinkedIn, then you should give it a shot. Granted, it’s making some cringe content (look at my post from this morning) but colleagues are providing valuable feedback to help me train the LLM. #marketing

The content might be cringe, but impressions are up 73% over the last 7 days. LinkedIn is hard.

I’m not sure who needs to hear this but there is absolutely no need to have Bluetooth on a dishwasher.

For decades, people refused to share their political opinions and treated it as faux pas. We should return to it.

Steelers are tanking for draft picks

The Steelers have apparent "internal division" as to whether Kenny Pickett or Mason Rudolph should be the starting QB for 2024. Either way, they reportedly aren't interested in acquiring a veteran starter at the position. nbcsports.com/nfl/profootbal…

Why are lawyers still using ChatGPT for research when Westlaw Precision exists?

Evidence and civil procedure are the most important classes for a litigation focused student. Good way to impress senior attorneys is to know those rules cold. You will use the rules every week.

Law schools should really make evidence mandatory

This tweet inspired me to start posting more about the business of law and practical skills. Hopefully law students and junior lawyers can benefit from my journey. Took me 8 years to get to #biglaw but momma, we made it.

Cosign. Law schools (and firms) should also teach: (1) the business of the law (billing, retainers, firm overhead, BD, etc) and (2) practical lawyering (writing client emails, working on and managing teams, letter writing basics, etc)

In my reply guy era on #lawtwitter until we get followers.
