Would encourage anyone interested to watch the latest episode of @BBCCasualty It highlights the huge strain our NHS and in particular the ambulance service is under. A very poignant watch and huge admiration for Paramedics in these tough times. 🚑💚
The nurses strike isn’t just about pay, of course we should pay nurses fairly It’s about being valued for the work they do, it’s about safe levels of staffing, it’s about improving working conditions, it’s to prevent more nurses leaving It’s about patient safety
