Those moments when the productivity stars align and you get a ton of things done and see the path forward to domino-ing a bunch of other tasks to completion - wow that really hits different when you have adhd. Could cry, there’s probably something to unpack there.

This is now official. I took an axe to the jr part and I’m now a just “software engineer” (read: resource) instead of “jr software engineer”. That’s fun I guess. Fight that imposter syndrome one external data point at a time.
Also if anyone is keeping track, it’s kind of still a secret but your frog is no longer a junior 😜 coming thru with that leve up
After being in industry as a software engineer and moving out of “junior” - is the amount of fulfillment I get for mentoring/teaching a sign that I like to raise others? Or a sign that I should go back into teaching? (What I would do to make the same salary as a teacher)
