今天晚饭吃了带鱼，我想起了据说东海带鱼最好吃，肉质细腻鲜香。遂百度，说是因为东海带鱼是冷水带鱼，而其他带鱼如南海带鱼、印度带鱼、非洲带鱼等是热水带鱼。然后我又想起了东北大米也因为天气冷，生长周期长，所以口感比南方大米香滑。 那么是不是同理可得，北方人比南方人肉质细腻，口感顺滑。ww
