In all my years of watching football I've never seen a timeout lead to an intentional delay of game when you're punting from your own side of the field.
I've rewatched almost the entire first half now and it's there virtually every play. Sometimes it's a bit more subtle than others, but the LT is always signaling what he's doing with his first step...dropping back to pass block or firing forward to run block.
