School staff, I recently suggested that pupils will not remember what you do or say, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel. Today I received this very special message from Jacob, a former pupil of mine and @DrJDMcMullen’s. It underlines this point perfectly. 🍟 🍔

No doubt there would be a significant impact; the same sort of impact a virus has on a household! 🤬🤢

🚨🚨🚨 BREAKING: Ruben Amorim is reportedly open to offering Paul Pogba a 6-month deal to see how he adapts to his philosophy, believing the midfielder could make a significant impact on his team. #MUFC

Sure let’s bring him back to #MUFC with Pogba. Undoubtedly the answer to all our woes! 🙄

Because 1) Defensively he’s shocking 2) It has to be the Pogba show 3) Does not have the mentality 4) Ferguson got rid of him for a reason

— Short term contract — Reasonable wages — Rotation role with Mainoo WHY NOT. #MUFC

Anyone who seriously thinks this is a good idea, has absolutely zero interest in, or care for the ethos, history and reputation of Manchester United Football Club. Mr Pogba is not fit to wear the shirt for numerous reasons. Don’t even think about it Ruben! #MUFC

If Rúben Amorim has anything about him, he’ll bring Paul Labile Pogba back. Imagine Pogba in one of the #10 positions, freedom to roam and influence. When he’s at it, he’s the most technically gifted MF in world football. Bring Pogba home Amorim.

This wee country doesn’t half punch above its weight in the world of golf! Congratulations @tommckibbin8 and @McIlroyRory #proud

The futures bright 😎

⚽️ The average age of the starting XI in the 5-0 win over Bulgaria last month was just 2⃣2⃣.6⃣ which is the youngest starting line-up for a @NorthernIreland full international since the end of WW2 #GAWA

Quick lads, lock the gate!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️ ⛔️

🚨 JUST IN: Paul Pogba is likely to train at Manchester United’s Carrington training facilities while he waits for a new club. [@sachatavolieri]

Maybe the crowd on the hill could name @skydavidblevins as NI Education Minister so I could get the playground re-tarmacked!

While the NI Audit Office’s report is shocking to read, it confirms what school leaders have been warning about for many years. That our school estate has been allowed to deteriorate to this extent is an ongoing political failure that requires urgent reversal.

Thank you so much Stephen. We learnt so much are really grateful to the children, you and your amazing staff for giving us so much time and insights. Your input will really help us @nichildcom in providing advice to government.

Delighted to welcome NI Children’s Commissioner @ChrisNICCY to Edenderry today. He enjoyed chatting to the fantastic children in our Specialist Provision classes and learning about their learning experiences.

Every thing #ETH did, was done with dignity, professionalism and respect. Regardless of an underperforming team, it’s such a pity that the keyboard warrior #MUFC fan base didn’t give him that same respect. A man with this integrity will always succeed. Thank you Erik.

What politics should be and rarely is.

For some reason, I have been thinking about this moment a lot today. It's from John McCain in 2008 at a town hall. The woman begins to espouse conspiracy theories about Barack Obama's nationality. He immediately shuts it down. "No ma'am. He's a decent family man."
