I am so anti-trunk or treat it's not even funny. I live in an extremely walkable part of town, with plenty of kids that I see get on the school bus daily. We got two trick-or-treaters this year. TWO.

Trick-or-treating is the best thing we do as a society, like I can't believe we have an unspoken agreement that on one night we will all buy candy and knock on each other's doors for it in costumes and everyone goes along with it, no questions asked. 10/10, it's so beautiful.

Ok I wanna be clear that what we call Appalachia is huge geographically and encompasses many states many of which have endured flooding before (including east Ky two years ago) and is NOT gone but is very much alive and everyone is helping each other. Thanks
What people don’t realize is Appalachia is gone, just like pre Katrina New Orleans is gone. There are entire towns that were wiped away and will not be rebuilt. Entire families have gone missing and some may never have anyone look for them.

I hit 1,000 miles on my ebike this morning! I know that's small numbers for some people, but that's big numbers for me :))) 1,000 less miles in the car!!
