do you increase your intake around exams / eat in the morning or no? i find my brain is a lot faster fasted but sometimes i increase my intake the day before by 100 - 200 just so i feel like it wont disadvantage me.


got to 5 hours and I AM DONE. my brain is mush. there are just scientific terms floating around in my brain and they dont know how to be coherent. i shouldve woken up earlier so im gna do that tomorrow lol. excuses excuses
