We believe that the UK needs better dog legislation. We are not the first to campaign for licensing and our ideas are not original - Every campaign before us has said the same thing and put forward the same suggestions.
The High Court is hearing a challenge against the ban on XL Bully dogs. Campaigners are arguing owners should be licensed, rather than the animals. @Julian5News reports.

Brilliant start to the weekend
