My virtue is that I have no talent.

I'm starting to remember why I didn't like Elon Musk

'Slop' as a criticism itself has become slop... People just ladle the word onto anything they don't like. How can I trust that someone has a more discerning, sophisticated taste when they can't even use an original analogy for something they don't like?

Christian furries are weird because they'll have 'born again Christian' in bio and a link to their furaffinity with all the weird pornography they like

Sci-fi covers that use abstract, absurdist, or geometric artwork for their covers are far more appealing to me. Also suitable for sci-fi because their worlds are often alien or strange, the cover should reflect that

one thing that's also not mentioned in a lot of these discussions is that there's also nothing on the covers that signal to men that it's something they should be interested in. Modern book design theory is geared against men's brains. Look at what they did to Dune: chick lit!

Americans talk about how much they love and care about dogs but will keep working dogs like this locked up in their house. This kind of animal abuse is very common for so-called dog lovers…

I’ve known a few people who get into Christianity for like a year, send me teachings and writings from saints and hermit philosophers, then get bored and go back to sucking cock and doing drugs

Someone talking to me about Spengler but I can tell he's only read the first few chapters from the first volume of Decline of the West
