Wow I just found out the supposed incoming PMM couldn't transfer internally cause his manager veto the decision. What the actual hell? His manager shouldn't even be a manager and is obviously not a leader at all. How can you stop someone from leaving???
when your colleagues are all min 5- 15 years in the company lol but tbh i would stay that long in the company too if i was an internal hire. Just because #1 culture is awesome #2 there are opportunities for rotating verticals/pillars/country.
People out there who ping others with a Hi and nothing else after, go reflect in a corner. Everyone find its annoying.
My director is so full of energy, workplace is great if your colleagues have good energy tbh. She praises me to the senior director so much i am so scared when the time comes if i make huge mistakes....
