Patients with diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure ate food with me. This is gross negligence. In response to my question, the manager told me that this food comes from the main kitchen in the morning, and we then reheat it before giving it out.

It is BEST to intentionally put people's lives at risk for some profit of extra passengers.
After my complaint manager visited me and served me curd but what about others passengers. This not only fault of pantry manager but also IRCTC involved in this scam. I have done lot of complaints but not a single time they provide me complaint and suggetion book. @RailMinIndia
