In West Side Story ‘21 you see the purity of an ET, the edginess of a Jaws, the focus and scope of a Schindler’s List and the futility depicted in a Raiders or Catch Me If You Can… yet it’s not a “greatest hits” catalogue. Just a director reminding us all what he’s brilliant at.
