It’s true to say we’ve had many redpoll recovery reports over the years, but this might be a first for us. Ringed in its first year at Bradfield Moor, S Yorkshire, in early Oct 2023, a bird was retrapped in Finstown (627 km north) by Orkney RG earlier this month @shefbirdstudy
