Tough loss in OT this morning ended a great run this weekend finishing 4-1. Overall, a solid year full of growth and bonds formed, couldn’t be more proud of this group. A lot of bright futures here, excited to see them all contribute to their HS teams this winter!
The boys have this week off after working extremely hard the past 6 months. We have made a lot of progress in the weight room, and we are excited to see it pay off on the field! The excitement is growing as we get closer to the start of the season. 54 Days until kickoff.

We have been lifting 5 days a week at 6AM since January 8th. We have averaged over 50 per day for the past 5 months. This group has been at over 90% of the lifts, with many of them having perfect attendance! We are just getting started!!!
