London taxi must have the cheapest flag fall in the Country
Just an observation from a regular commuter - the new taxi rank system at Euston station just doesn’t work. For taxis it’s too hard to get into. For those with mobility issues, it’s too far away - taxi drivers - you have my sympathy. @NetworkRailEUS
Hi Jo, thanks for your feedback about the taxi rank - it’s a tricky site due to the road layout. We still have the old taxi rank available for passengers who need assistance on the western side, which is closer to the station. We’ll have a look at how we can better promote this.
