Please, get over yourselves. People use drugs. The thing you feel at the back of your mind when you snarl at people who use drugs in public is the fear that your 'contributions' to a toxic society that forgot how to care about others might not protect you from poverty.

Person-centered care is a well articulated, evidence-based, and desirable part of service provision for people who use drugs. Examples like this show how far withdrawal management services and subsequent treatment access fall down on these recommendations.
