Status update: we've resolved the issue with the outgoing mail server. It's fully operational again.

We've been informed by our infrastructure provider that the network issues have been resolved. All servers/sites in the London location are reachable again.


Currently there are network issues know at our infrastructure supplier in the London datacenter. You might experience connectivity issues to you website. They are aware of these issues and are currently working on a solution. We will keep you posted about the progress.


The database servers that experienced technical problems are up and running again. Our infrastructure supplier will perform an emergency migration in the upcoming hours to prevent the problems from reoccurring. Keep an eye on status.savvii.com for updates.


Unfortunately the two database servers which were part of a disruption this morning, are still having some issues. We are currently investigating the disruption.


All problems with the database servers have been resolved. Everything is working as supposed to again.


Around 08:30 this morning some technical problems have hit two database servers. We are working hard to solve these problems. We expect to have all websites back online within a short period of time. As soon as the problem has been fixed, we will send out a new message.
