It's out! Our paper on phage therapy against K. pneumoniae, this wouldn't have been possible without Sharon Kredo-Russo, @rvaldesmas, Denise Kviatcovsky, several tremendously excellent partners, and of course last but not least, @EranElinav!! @Elinav_Lab

Proud to share our new work @CellCellPress We identified and experimentally validated #microbiome strains contributing to IBD flareups across geography (4 countries), and developed a first-of-its kind combination phage therapy cell.com/cell/fulltext/…

NEW publication out in @NatureMicrobiol!🥳 The conidial surfaceome (surface proteins) of #Aspergillus fumigatus contains unique proteins absent in non-pathogenic relatives. KOs revealed 33 genes affect #pathogenesis and related traits, indicating the surfaceome impacts virulence

For 25 years, the Toll-like Receptor pathway was considered a series of distinct protein complexes that drive inflammation. Today, we report that the entire pathway, from receptor to transcription factor, is executed from within one complex—the myddosome. nature.com/articles/s4158…
