During difficult times for newspapers our over-worked editors need a break. So there won't be an editorial page in the Gazette for the next two weeks, However, if we hit newsworthy days (like today), I'll draw cartoons anyway, and posting them on various platforms. Please share!

You know what's "a Black job?" The President of the United States. Let's go Kamala Harris.

The @CBC has informed my life. Everyone from Knowlton Nash to Barbara Frum, to Wayne Ronstad, North of 60, Danger Bay, Mr Dress-up, & now @rickmercer & @markcritch & new people coming up. I wouldn’t know half about Canada without it. It’s a national institution which we need.

The CBC has lots of problems (read: LOTS) but... It's a thread that runs coast to coast to coast. It's a radio and tv service that exists in markets that no private venture would dare. Without it in Canadian media we would be drowned out by American voices.

Pathway through the lupins… It always amazes me how fast summer comes and goes… Things change so quickly, life changes, people come, people go…kids leave home….I’d better stop now or I’m going to need a box of tissues!! Lol Have a great day!

To all climate deniers, how does this not scare you?! This is a photo my friend in #Kelowna sent me last night. These fires are no joke, & to continue to sit there and claim this isn't caused by the #ClimateCrisis is completely irresponsible! Wake up! This isn't a joke! #BCfire

I’m watching my country ON FIRE and I am heartbroken and terrified. Canada is in danger, the world is in danger. SHAME on all of the climate inaction. SHAME on the big oil. SHAME on 1% greed.
